2008
Stevie on TV
I'll be a featured host on the PBS Morning Block starting in May 2008. My big break :) .
I had to write a bunch of new songs for the segments and we got to film in NY city right next to the Rachel Rae studio. More details coming soon!
2007
EP Available Online
Thanks to all of you who attended our big tour
concerts in the fall - it was great to share songs with
you in Philly, NY, RI and MA. And thanks for picking up
a copy of the new EP - hope you liked it.
For those of you unable to attend the fall shows - the
EP is now available (for a limited time) online. They
are 1 for $7, 2 for $10 and
through February, if you buy any SteveSongs full CD
you get a FREE EP. The EP (entitled 'Video Sneak
Peak') contains 3 brand new songs along with a 6
minute preview of the upcoming DVD. Click the link
below to order.
What's an EP? EP stands for extended play and refers
to a recording that is shorter than a full album but
longer than a single. Our EP has a video on it that you
can play on the computer - so it's a little different than
most EPs - but pretty close.
Gig at Fenway Park!!
As some of you know -
I'm a long time Red Sox fan and so when we got invited to play a show at Fenway Park - I was ecstatic.
This will be part of the Life is Good at Fenway Park Festival.
There will be many activities including batting practice, radar gun for checking your fast ball velocity, games, food, etc. SteveSongs will be the first band of 3 playing on the main stage (which I've heard is right over the Red Sox dugout). Tickets will go on sale starting June 1 and will be available to the first 20,000.
Check out www.lifeisgood.com for more info.
The DVD is almost done
I thought it was challenging to make a CD. It turns out that making a DVD is totally way harder.
But all that work is paying off - the music videos and live concert footage look amazing and the whole project is coming together better than I had imagined
We assembled quite a crew for this cinematic endeavor including a director from the History Channel, a multiple Emmy Award winning animator, an Oscar nominated Director of Photography
and Silly Vanilli (voted top ten hunkiest puppets on puppet.com) as well as many other talented and hardworking crew members. You can check out the Marvelous Day Video by going to Marvelous Day. You need Quicktime 7 (which you can download on that page). Choose Medium and allow about 5 to 15 minutes to download.

National Rerelease of Marvelous Day!
Marvelous Day is now available on Amazon, iTunes, and should be in most Borders stores across the country. If you've been thinking of picking up a copy or telling a friend about it - now would be a great time. If you go to Borders to get a CD and they don't have Marvelous Day, please ask.
Wedding Bells
Some might have thought it would never happen - but low and behold - I'm married. Lori and I tied the knot in a little hall in our home town of Wethersfield, CT on New Year's Eve. It was a beautiful ceremony and we had so much fun at the wedding, the rehearsal dinner (open mic night style) and the honeymoon in Punta Cana. Thanks all for your well wishes and blessings! Our Photographer Steve Depino was fantastic - check out the pictures:Wedding Pictures. Click on Steve and Lori (Lori's the one in the dress).
Parents' Choice Award
Marvelous Day wins a 2005 Parents' Choice GOLD Award (Review) and a 2005 Children's Music Web Best Audio For Younger Kids Award
